I am a current tenant looking to get out of my lease. In one year my laptop was stolen from my apartment. My car window was kicked in for cd's and a cosmetic bag. There a mice laying around the laundry facility and in the bottom floors. The maintenance never really fixes anything. The police are there everyday writing a report for someone. The electric bill for a one bedroom is over 100 dollars a month. The tenants they are moving in are all loud, unresponsible and just outrageously ignorant.
