Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
 
I love living here, especially on the Guenther Ave side. It is generally very quiet. My four adjoining neighbors are the best. We now don't have any children in our group of neighbors. Management are quite pleasent. Maintenance is a bit slow to repair, but overall I love living here.
