Getting worst by the day

I have seen the complex change over the years. Management will not respond to your maintenance concerns, nor will they do anything about the young thugs who loiter near the entrance of your unit. The basements all flood out whenever there is a rainstorm creating a mildew smell, thus the residents have no storage area. Not enough ample parking. The walls and floors are paper thin allowing normal conversations to be heard by your neighbors, not to mention the rude neighbors rap music. My advice to anyone concidering living here to stop by in the summer evenings.
