I really HATE it here ,it's God awful,In the winter you can get Heat,they always have some kinda problem.Maintenance is out othe question,no one is ever available,or knows anything about anything.RATS,AND MICE LIVE WELL HERE,It must be some type of resort area for them,They love it.Years ago it was a nice,well kept,and clean enviroment. NEW MANAGEMENT don't care.I'm surpise the Board of Health hasn't been notified. I would leave,but due to a permanent disability,and fixed income,I don't seem to have any other option:but I'm working on it.Pray for me..
