The absolute worst!!! This apt building is the worst. Too many mice and heating system sucks. Continuously raise rent but make no improvements or upgrades. Walls are cracking and repair work is horrible. When it snows they don't shovel and basically leave you to do your own upkeep. Revere

I am out of here this year once my least is over... Huge Mice problem, Extremly hard to get things fixed, rude neighbors...Parkview use to be nice but management is just letting anyone in the complex.. I don't recommend this

BE AWARE I am a current tenant looking to get out of my lease. In one year my laptop was stolen from my apartment. My car window was kicked in for cd's and a cosmetic bag. There a mice laying around the laundry facility and in the bottom floors. The maintenance never really fixes anything.

Not a good place to live! Parkview seemed okay when I first moved in. But after a while my views started to change. The maintenance people don't care, mice are a serious problem, but yet they continue to increase your rent every year. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
