Very reasonable rent, heat and hot water included.
Age restricted 62
Nice location and very clean.
Excelent window views from most units.
Close to all services
Nice storage area available in basement of building.
Inside lobby mail boxes.
Inside trash shuts
Con's
Apartment size is very small aprx. 500 s.f.
Parking is very limited, tenents only, no guest parking available.
More laundry machines needed, excessive waiting at times for an available machine.
