I would not recomend this to anybody with children From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 1 response This apartment complex is good for younger folks, people in there early 20s who are going out on their own for the first time and still like to "party". Yes party that is what is always going on here and it is very noisy, people are almost always blaring music and this is a problem because of the paper thin walls. I would not recomend this to anyone who enjoys their pravacy because it that everyone is in your bissness and knows all about your life lol there is alot of drama and people whos elevators dont alwas reach to the top floor if you know what I mean. Another problem is that parents dont pay attention to their children and they are running around the complex late at night sometimes as late as midnight no joke. There are always fights going on between neibors and other people causing the cops to be around all the time. There is also a very bad stray cat problem, or people will have a large amount of animals and not care for them, these animals are always begging for food and coming into other apartments begging wich gets very annoying. As you can see this complex has a very large ammount of problems that the landlord doesnt seem to want to fix, the land lord lives on site and this affects the way he proforms his job because his personal life gets to wraped up in his work. He also doesnt seem to care who he rents to all he care about is the money so because of this there is a big drug problem. There as also been many fires in this complex and it is not up to code wich can be very dangorous to the tenets ad things hve yet to be fixed. One good thing that is going on at the complex right now is that all light fixtures have been replaced with new ones and they are currently in the prosses of replacing windows in all the units. i know that this was more like a list of problems than a recomendation but i hope this helped you in the way you wanted it to
