First place I saw someone shoot up in public

Years at this apartment: 1993 - 1994
I lived here for six month growing up.
I was 8 turned a corner and saw a needle hanging out of some guys arm. Went back ten years later to pick up a friend and it was the same scene. It's called the chicken coups for a reason it will always be a low income dump.
Live here only if you have NO KIDS, and are a crackhead in a bad circumstance.
You children will see drugs here, you will start doing them and your kids will probably be dirty and almost molested.
