Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
Things that are horrible about pilgrim park apartments:
1. Have lived here 9 months and the police have been here twice and a car has been towed once
2. everyone shares one hot water heater so if your neighbor flushes the toilet or your husband turns the water on you will get severely burned
3. the heating system doesnt work correctly
4. upstairs toilet leaks into our bathroom
5. smallest kitchen EVER
6. smallest bathroom EVER
7. parking is horrible enough parking for one vehicle per apartment
8. Management is RIDICULOUS!!!!
