I have lived in a few placed throughout the years, I would rate Pilgrim Park as Fair. The noise is definately a problem , some people have dogs that will bark all night long. The walls are very thin so you will here your neighbors and visa versa . We were told that we would have an air conditioner installed in March, when I moved out in Decemeber the air conditioner still had never been installed even after making quite a stink at the office. The tub started leaking boiling hot water at one point. A lot of problems in a short amount of time . Its off the main road which is nice. Overall, not worth the price if you ask me.
