i moved into woodland manor 25 yrs ago and loved it from day one. since they have went throught alot of staff currently they hired a new manager and in the 25 yrs ive been there the current manager is the most caring manager i and other residnets have ever seen. keep up the good work bettyann

I was a long term tenant (6yrs)at the Putnam C.T. Subsidized housing.I was an excellant tennant and never had any problems. Last March I asked that my fiance be added to my lease,as I was going to be wed that May.The H.A.did a criminal and credit check on my fiance and because he had a D.W.I. within the past two years,He was denied. I was told "IF YOU MARRY THIS MAN YOU WILL LOSE YOUR APARTMENT".....My husband is no criminal, The last thing He was arrested for was a PAPPERWORK mistake,from over 10 years ago. He is a good man, I am 51 yrs old, and because I married Him ..I Lost My Home. (I HAVE NOR HAS HE,EVER BEEN EVICTED FROM ANYWHERE IN OUR LIVES!!) MY entire family has been affected by this.my youngest daughter,who also lived with me,and her newborn son,had to find a place to stay.my family was Split apart by this!We have no where to live...My husband who is seyerely diabetic and who's dissability is pending-cant get to his doctor's appointments,and is at risk of loosing his MED. inssurance because we are dissplaced.
