Overall a very nice place to live - Woodridge Manor is overall a good place to live. Management and maintenance are courteous, dependable, and typically come through quickly with issues. Good location close to both major RI Interstates, grocery stores, etc. The only major problem I have is they don t seem to want long-term tenants. Every single year they raise your rent - every year.
