I live here now you do not get much for your money the area is nice but the apartments are nothing to brag about the fully applianced kitchen has a refrigerator and stove that is all. the laundry is coin operated in the basement and very expensive. Pets are welcome but they complain about them Children too but they really do not like them. They use chaep paint that peels and belame the tenants. The office staff is nice until you move in then watch out! The woman in the office is very moody and thinks she is a dorm Mom. The older residents (most of them are) are always complaining and sticking their nose in everyones business. The officw threatens to evict you then deside just not to renew your lease even though you are not guilty of the things they belame you for no such thing as innocent until proven guilty in Garden City. the doors stick and are a fire hazard along with other problems they say are your fault and don't fix until you report them and claim they knew nothing about them. And they are very over priced making it hard to come up with moving money to escape. These apartments are VERY SMALL and have nothing. Water sits in basement and not good near the dryers.
