Nice location, expensive, very small

The apartments are located just across from the very nice Garden City open mall off Route 2 (Reservoir Ave.), and the location couldn't be better. However, there is no covered parking, which can be hell during winter -- even though plowing and sidewalk snow shoveling services work fine.
The main setbacks in these apartments are that they have no porches and the closets are simply tiny. You -will- need to get extra storage: armoires, drawers, chests.
There is a huge area in the basement of each building, where the wash and dryer machines are, however the designated storage area for each apartment is very small. They could definitely give us something more spacious.
The office staff has very high turn-over, so I've had contact with people that were very nice and helpful, and others that actded like the tenants most simple requests were causing them utter inconvenience.
The good thing about Garden City Apartments is that they're pet friendly. The bad thing is that they have a 20-lb weight limit for the pets. Also, there is also the occasional neighbor that doesn't clean after their pets, even though that policy is highly reinforced by the office.
