nice area...VERY small

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
These apartments are in a great area, but they are tiny and the rent has been going up by $200 every year for the past two years. The office staff are nice...until AFTER you move in.

There is no dishwasher, no garbage disposal and a very small stove. I don't know what we are paying for.

The garage option, which they charge you monthly for is the best feature.
