My husband and I lived at Garden City for couple years and recently moved to be closer to our, now grown, children. The community is quaint, well kept, quiet and friendly. We had the nicest neighbors. It's a short walk to the best little shops. Everything you need is just around the corner. Maintenance was prompt and courteous. And, the Manager is very pleasant. We will miss it!

Based on the other reviews, it sounds like they made a lot of changes to make this a better place to live.
