Great location, close to 295 & providence, beaches only a half hour away. Brand spanking new property with great staff and even better maintenance guys. I rented out the clubhouse the other evening for a party and my friends loved it! (The clubhouse is HUGE and has flat screen tvs and a pool table.) Best of all, I told them all to move here because management pays $500 referral fees!!!
