This apt. community is very decent, nothing spectacular.
Pros: nice amenities (dishwasher, garbage disposal, onsite laundry, Air conditioners, etc). Office staff very friendly, timely response to maintenance requests.
Cons: Paint used throughout apt is very low quality and gets soiled easily, buildings seem to be old and the walls are very thin. You hear every noise from neighboring apartment and from outside. That is biggest complaint. Kitchen has very little workspace. Neighbors can often be very loud, but it completely depends what building you're in and who your neighbors are.

Decent place to live but probably would not want to live there for more than a few years.
