The new management team at Pocasset is fair. They are kind-a rude. But when you call for something to be fixed they get it done pronto. The apartments are decent. No rats or bugs or rodets etc.. (knock on wood). There are a few crazys that live here. Police/Fire are here on a weekly basis. (Partly b/c there are alot of older folks here) Its perfect while in transition. We've been here for four years (while in school) -- when finished will will be moving out. It was good while we needed it. Note: the washer/dryers never work- always broke. And the 'storage lockers' -- ours was broken into and stuff was stolen. Management said "sorry, we're not responsible."
