The best thing I did was move out

For a little more money we have a better designed apartment without all the maintenance problems that I had at Mosshassuck. I moved as they began the Construction on Charles St, what a mess. The managment didn't take care about the apartment problems, which included ice buildup on the sliding door, hot water heaters that leaked (mine and above me) which damaged kitchen ceiling, I can go on and on.... The Jefferson is a better value without the stress. Just look at the roof on the building. That tells you a lot of about the way the building is maintaned.
