Rat Infestation

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I have friends in two apartments in this building and both say there are rats in the apartments due to the Hooter's reatuarant on the first floor. Needless to say, I'm not visiting anymore as management claims to fix the problem evry month or so and the rats keep coming back.
