I moved in at the beginning of 2005 and was planning on renting for only a year while looking for a house. I have stayed, because I enjoy living at Pocasset. The Office Staff is friendly and attentive. Maintenance get to you in a timely fashion. They have made some major improvements in the last few years with maintaining the property and the apartments. They now provide tile floors, new countertops, newer appliances, etc... Of course, there are issues with other residents and noise here and there, but that's apartment living. I've learned to deal, not everything can be perfect! I see the improvements and I'm staying put, at least until I can afford a home.
