Section 8 housing is better

What a dump! I spent 4 months in a Regnier property in East Providence, RI. Eastgate on the Trail has a smell that is a cross between rotting flesh and a fat lady's neck. Parking, if you can find a spot is inadequate at best. A convienence store in the front parking area lends to this problem. The management considers rent increases a monthly occurance. To deal with route 195 into Providence each day is a nightmare. My advice, look elsewhere!
