i guess it's not THAT bad considering it's income based housing...

a lot of drugs, loud music, screaming couples, screaming children, my car was stolen once, parking SUCKS!!! because there's no assigned parking, management is nice and maintance is also not bad. i'd stay away... tenants are like ANIMALS!
