Aside from the obnoxiously rude management team, I too stood outside for the fires, but that wasn?t the worst part of it. I woke up at 3:00 AM to water pouring through all of my ceiling. They finally stopped it after I had 3" of water on the carpets throughout the apartment. Then, to add insult to injury, I had to pay for the carpet cleaning! This place was over priced at $1000/mo. I bought out of the lease just to get the hell out there. Don?t bother with this place. The manager is not nice.
