Office staff very nice---untill after you move in

I read the other review (anonymous) and that has to be a office staff member. The review sounds like a sales brochure. These apartments are over-priced by more than 25%. The rent has risen here over 30% in the last 2 years. Apartments are barely adequate,cramped,there have been two fires here in the last 2 years.People not using fireplace properly. We have had to stand out in 20 degree weather while ear-piercing alarms were sounding. The clientelle has become trashy and transient due to tenants that were here for many years all are moving out due to outrageous rent hikes and an office staff that does not care. RENTER BEWARE.
