To start with I moved in here and it took 3 weeks before i had a sliding glass door that locked, called everyday and it took 3 weeks, so every time i went out my apartment was open because i lived on the 2nd floor with stairs right down to the parking lot. the apartment itself was ok but outdated! washer/dryer in unit... old cheap and takes 2 hours minimum to dry anything! soooo many minor repairs we did ourselves. Needed a new rug when we moved in, it was the cheapest carpeting you can get if you bargin hunted for a month, the slightest thing that fell on it was a stain for life. tenants are either loud, drug dealers, young rich brats who blast rap or old farts with 3 dogs who walk them all day and all they do is bark. tanning bed, what a joke, you could stand there for an hour 7 days a week and you might start to get some color. i agree with someone elses statement about the electricty... i know have a 2500 sq foot house and my electric bill was higher at springfield. Last but not lease the people in the office are a joke, bunch of wanna be... oh i dont know what to call them other than annoying and one alcholic. I dont recommend the place at all for the money! i also forgot in 2 plus yrs there we must have had at least 5 false fire alarms at 2 or 3 am, the first one coming on our 1st night there, can you say scare the crap out of you! some were in the dead of winter, outside half asleep and 20 degrees!

Yup, middle of the night false alarms! Terrible carpets! How about the time there was no electricity for 2 days. Electric stoves. Oh well, just eat out they said! On and on I go! For the money, the so-called management should have delivered breakfast in bed!
