When you come in for a tour turn the shower on in the unit they show you, the showers are so loud you cannot hear yourself think! and when anyone else around you takes a shower you can hear it in your apartment they are so loud. I have to wake up everyday at 5:30 because the guy upstairs from us showers then and his shower can be heard throughout our bedroom! The walls are apparently made out of cardboard because i can hear tv's from other peoples apartments in mine ! i can hear my neighbors conversations i can hear their toilets flush its unreal! they should throw a match on this place. lets talk about the vandalism, if you go to the cranston pd on atwood ave they will tell you there has been so much vandalism to cars here tires stolen off of cars..yeah you read it right all four tires ripped off tons of cars here and they also told me that windows have been smashed !! parking; ok good luck you might as well park at cafe latte and walk to your apartment because there is no paking at night anywhere near your apartment. the parking lot is dark and scary. personally I dont go out late because i am nervous to walk from my car to my apartment its so dark in the lot.if you move in dont forget to leave one eye open! i cannot wait to get the hell out of this dump !
