I have lived there for a short time in a furnished apartment. It was an O.K. experience, BUT!! Below are the pros:

Friendly staff, especially Steven.
Renovated apartments are pleasant and what you see is what you get, mostly no surprises.

Now the Cons:

Small Apartment Space.

It takes them some time to respond to maintenance requests. The staff seems to always be busy with renovating the main office! But they get it fixed eventually you got to be patient and call them on daily bases!

Forget about the parking in winter time, horrible winters and you are on your own clearing the snow. Once we got stuck along with another two couples in the parking lot due to the snow dumping, by the snow truck, on each side of the road and it winded up blocking the cars from getting out. With a Jaguar on the left and a Merc. on the right and the car sliding out of control while we are trying to back of the parking, we were literally handy capped trying for 2 hours to shuffle the snow away from the back of the car with our foots and hands. Contacted management office for some assistance but they declined claiming that it s up to the residents to take care of their own snow problems even if it was caused by their trucks. Desperate! We have requested for a shuffle to borrow and do the work ourselves since we been stuck for two hours, which they also declined saying that it s been used by the staff for other purposes! The weekend was rewind and we winded up getting the car out by noon, but hey, Thank god it was a weekend and not a working day!!

Every now and then you ll face a smelly hallway due to some funny cooking!! I guess that is a neighbor issue!!

Other than that, if you like working out then this is the apartment for you, as you have to climb so many stairs and walk a nice maze to be able to get to your apartment. You won t realize the distance to the apartment from the parking lot until you bring in some decent amount of grocery and well I guess you re doomed then!!

Last but not least, always make sure to have everything in writing. In case of moving out, place your moving out notice in time at the end of the prior month to moving out in order to avoid any future problems (if I remember correctly it s a 2 months notice prior to moving out). Have the management sign and date the notice and keep a copy for reference. Also make sure to state the forwarding address clearly for the refund of any deposit or other purposes. You can have the management inspect the apartment before the last day of departure to insure the right amount of refund.
