very nice apartment

I've been here now for 6 months and I recommend it. It is VERY quiet. I hardly even know there is anyone else living in the building! The maintenance crew is great. My toilet didn't work well when I moved and i called them up and they replaced it with a brand new one! My place was spotless as well when I moved in. I haven't seen any college kids, but maybe I just got lucky and got a good apartment.
