The worst thing a/b these apartments is the staff. For the most part rude and stupid, though a few of them are sweet, but still stupid. Weekend service for maintence is bad, but otherwise it is ok. I am happy here because I like to be left alone and we are, for the most part.
Overall, the biggest problem is management. We have lately been having car stereos stolen from cars and I believe it is because some non-residents walk in off the street-I've actually seen some people walking in and out, and these non-residents also come in and use our pool in the summer and basketball court. We also have some horrendous neighbors who have loud parties at 3am, which is why i'm up right now, and whose guests take up all the parking but otherwise parking is fine.

Good news is they just replaced a bunch of the management-hopefully things will improve.
