Willow Brook was my only rental experience, so I am only going off that. I lived there with my sister from 9/04 - 9/06. We both agree that it was an overall good experience. We did have a few issues with the maintenance staff not cleaning up after they fixed things. They also had to "fix" our bathroom fan several times until my Dad finally just came and fixed it himself. Some of the staff in the office were also not the brightest, but most were helpful. There was the constant threat of having your car broken into (I would invest in a car alarm if living there). The robbers target older models with no alarms, my sister learned the hard way, and had her stereo and all her cd's stolen. We had some shady people living in our building (known drug dealer), and had to call the cops on more than one occassion due to loud parties or crazy driving, etc. Those were all the negatives. The positive things: pet friendly, pool, 24 hr fitness center (although small), pretty nice neighborhood, spacious apartments and walking distance to shops and grocery store. The walk in closets are great too! I would recommend Willowbrook Apartments.
