I just need to comment on all these complaints I've read below. I highly disagree with them and i want people to see what i've seen:

I've lived here for over 2 years now and Yes - Management has changed at least 3 or 4 times since i moved in, but I've never had an issuse that I could possibly think of putting on this silly website. Any minor problem I have ever had, I called the office and one of the guys from the maintenance team comes within a few hours if not right then and there. I used to own my own home before here and if people only knew that all these things they're complaining about you would have to suck it up and fix yourself or pay to have it fixed yourself - we have 24 mintenance... BE THANKFUL for peets sake!!

No place you live will be perfect. A faucet is bound to leak sooner or later. And a little mouse is BOUND to make its way into a warm building. Can you blame it'!'

For all those looking at apartments - don't let the reviews make up your mind - go in and see it for yourself. The apartments are newly updated with brand new countertops, new tile in the kitchens and bathrooms, new vanities in the bathroom. I even got a brand new carpet when I moved in. It's quiet and i've made great friends with my neighbors and the people on the dog walk. It's a great location and i've felt more at home here then I did when I owned my own home.

OH - and as for the car break in's... It's never happened to me and of course i'm cautious, but how do you know those people don't have arch enemies coming to get revenge. Who knows, but i've seen security drive through at night, so it's not like there's NO security.

I just wish people would stop complaining so much. Get a fan if you're hot... some places don't even SUPPLY you with the AC unit, you have to bring your own.

Needless to say, I love it here!
