To start off:
Exterior: The pool in the pictures is extremely small, and not big enough to handle the drunk non residents with no pool pass. No one checks to see if you have a pool pass and that you are not bringing in glass or floats like the rules state. The fitness center would be nice if the machines worked, its small but new machines, that are broken. The apartments are old and have so many paint layer they have now just started to fall off. they decorate and fix up only the model apartment building they use for tours. I've lived here for a year now with my boyfriend and its been okay. the basketball court is not even a half court and has a sewer drain in the middle of it. This is not a good place for children apparently because we have a large playground for the complex but children are everywhere, and i don't know what the reason is but there are random gatherings of gangs everyday at the volleyball court or just in the middle of the main road that runs through the complex. There are disguisting pervert neighbors and matience people that look through your bedroom windows and not just passing by but look in like they are scoping it out. So if you live on the 1st floor prepare to live in fear! The new people in this place are just gross for instance there was a group of older men together by the pool just standing and staring at the women and children in the pool and had huge hard-ons they stood there for a hella loong time, I went to shaws grocery store and they were still there staring at the people in the pool through the fence not like normal people who aren't perverts. Also the neighbors like to let there clothes dry outside, no offense but that is ghetto and we do have dryers! Parking is a mess you can never find a spot close to your apartment. if you have a truck or suv don't even try to park in certain spots people here don't know how to park in one spot! We just recieved a letter that people who park in the handicapped spots would be towed and nothing has happened yet. Not all of the buildings are handicapped accessable!

Interior: the apartments are tiny! I pay $900 for 670 sqft a one bedroom then of course paying for electic. There is controlled access if the doors aren't being proped open for no apparent reason, i could see if you were moving in or out, but people just leave the door proped open. The walls are paper thin u can hear not only your neighbors but everything that is going on outside. There is a "laundry room" with one washer and one dryer, ther is room for another but they prefer to have people have to wait a week to get into the one machine. To wash and dry if the machines are working correctly is $2.25. Sometimes you have to dry your clothes for 3 hours the machines are really old. People here also like to take your laundry out of the washer while u have your other load drying, so they can wash there clothes. The one time my boyfriend walked in there to a women taking out our clothes from the washer and the lady was going through the wet clothes and smelling his underwear! This same women let her children run naked through the halls and one tried to get into my apartment and i told the kid no no u can't go in there all nice and she gave me a nasty scowl. What a freak! The office said they can't do anything about the creeps that live here. Although if you don't bring your dog to the correct spot to do his business and pick it up they will fine u and eventually kick u out, as long as you report them to the office which is nice but u have to find out there full name or take pictures. just don't walk on the grass. The apartment is just really crappy, it has floor heating which is hard to place your furniture around and hard to clean out. the painters who painted before i moved in painted over hair on all the walls its gross, the counters and cabinets are old and need replacing they look like they have been through a fire. The tub and shower are falling to pieces litterally. The ceiling in the bathroom leaks when your neighbor above u goes to the bathroom. the ceilings in the bedroom aren't much better. When the "fix-it" men came to fix the celing they just painted over the crack. Our air conditioner broke and it took them trying to fix it for 3 weeks in the middle of summer before we got a new one. I live on the first floor and and our patio door doesn't lock they came to fix it and it still doesn't lock very well. yet the guy above us got a whole new door and they left all the nails and garbage on our patio and in the parking lot which i later got a flat tire from! The carpet is coming up at all the seams. All the drains and disposals are constantly backing up and the closet doors are falling off the hinges.
The office staff is nice but perhaps a little to nice on the day we saw and got our apartment the women who showed it to us wouldn't stop touching my boyfriend and flirting with him, i was waiting for the ----------- to happen some of those office ladies are -----------. others are really quite nice and helpful just depends on who you get.
There are alot nicer places to live then here keep looking
