Springfield Apartments 37% Recommended May 09 2008: We were excellent tenants for numerous years, never late on rent, never had any issues and they claimed our apt was "filthy" when we left! We had a dog and 2 cats, of which we paid over $600 in a Willow Brook Apartments 58% Recommended Apr 05 2008: I just need to comment on all these complaints I've read below. I highly disagree with them and i want people to see what i've seen: I've lived here for over 2 years now and Yes - Management has changed at Independence Place 75% Recommended Mar 20 2008: I moved in almost a year ago and have liked it so far. The apartments are brand new and obviously clean. Big kitchens, big bathrooms and your own washer and dryer are a huge plus. Best of all, they allowed Willow Brook Apartments 58% Recommended Mar 08 2008: Willow Brook was my only rental experience, so I am only going off that. I lived there with my sister from 9/04 - 9/06.
