Decent complex for those used to a house

This is a nice complex with all the amenities. If you like quiet, consider the 3rd floor ( personally, our upstairs neighbor was very inconsiderate on a daily basis for 6 months! - moving furniture late at at night, stomping, kids running, barking dog, ANNOYING!). Barely heard a peep out of any other neighbors. Staff and maintenance attentive, helpful, and friendly. Parking was fine in our lot (extra spaces daily) but other lots require stickers and are problematic. Be sure to ask about the parking situation in your specific building. Apartment rent was a bit pricey but once you look around for a while you'll realize you get what you pay for. Stay away from rear buildings if noise from the freeway bothers you (large trucks and heavy traffic easily heard through closed windows).
