Quiet Complex, Great Management, Beautiful Apartments

I moved in to the complex in June to be closer to my work. I moved down from Boston, and throughly checked out all the apartment communities in Northern RI before making my decision. I am extremely happy with my choice. The apartments are brand new, warm and have a spacious floor plan. The apartments include a gas fireplace, an entertainment unit cleverly built into the wall over the fireplace, and washer/dryer in unit. The location is perfect, located off Rte. 122 and minutes from the major highways (295, 146, & 95). 10 minutes from Providence, 45 minutes to Boston. Despite the claims of previous reviews, I have no problem stating that I have never had a problem with parking, now granted I can't always park right in front of the entrance to my building, but walking 50 feet is not a big deal in my opinion. The complex allows dogs and cats. I have not had any issues with barking dogs, or inapporpriate disposal of pet waste.
I have only had two maintence issues, and they were minor, and both times I had the Maintenance Man at my door within 30 minutes of my call. Even when on of those issues occured on a Sunday during football season. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the residents are quiet and respectful. I highly recommend this complex. The pricing for the units is competative compared to similar apartments in the area, and I intend to renew my lease when it expires.
