Good and Bad

I agree that the parking has been problem-free. I wish the staff had warned us of the highway noise in rear units--you couldn't see or hear it so much when there were leaves on the trees, but it's loud and clear for 6-7 months of the year.
Neighbors terrific mostly--but upstairs neighbors have been incredibly inconsiderate: kid running and jumping constantly (to the extent that our windows rattle), loud arguments at night, dropping debris through their deck onto our patio, throwing cigarette butts off of their deck lit onto the grass and shrubs--I'm amazed that white trash can afford the rent here! Office staff claimed to be working on it, but ultimately have done nothing. I wrote to the corporate VP (Dolben has 18 apartment communities in several states) but did not get the courtesy of even an acknowledgement.
Grounds are immaculate, and we have found the maintenance crew to be fantastic--prompt, professional, and friendly.
Learn from our mistakes--stay away from the rear units and live on the third floor. It's a beautiful place to live!
