Great Place to Live

I have been living in Cumberland Crossing for about 3 months now and I must say that I love it. They allow dogs with no size restrictions.
The apartments - Newly built (2001/2002) so they are all in excellent condition. The ceiling are high, the appliances are all new, even the washer/dryer that comes with each unit. The gas fireplace with the built in entertainment stand above is a favorite feature of mine. The deck is big enough for your bikes and small table and chairs. No gas or charcoal grills allowed though.
The grounds - I think they must cut the grass every other day because it always looks maintained and beautiful in the common areas. There are puppy poop bags stationed all over the complex and everyone seems to pick up after their pups.
The amenities - Nice pool, decent clubhouse, gym is too small and has no free weights at all. There are charcoal grills for anyone who wants to grill. A putting green for the golfers, and a car wash area with a vacuum, and some hoses.
Sidenotes - The management has been awesome so far. Last week they were standing out in the rain handing out breakfast bags(juice, snacks, cereal bar, etc.) to everyone on their way to work. In a couple weeks there is a huge pool party with prizes and BBQ. There is only one dumpster in the whole complex, but that is good because it keeps the place looking nice and clean. Parking has never ever been a problem for us, and covered carports are available for an extra $50 a month.
Overall I don't think you can beat this place for the money. A
