I like it OK. The management is pretty helpful, but they are also a little snotty. The stupid speed bumps are annoying. Apartment is clean and quiet though, which is nice. No real maintenance issues to date. It would be nice to have a better gym and some nicer details though (tile, kitchen cabinet upgrades). Overall, though, it is pretty good.
