Instead of being advertised as a luxury complex, it more accurately would be described as a complex catering to dog owners regardless of number or size. Obviously with such a high concentration of dogs and owners not taking responsibility for their pets, a negative impact on the grounds is expected. The photos we saw here before renting do not show the destroyed front lawns which we look down upon and walk by everyday. Recommended for dog owners or those renting for a limited period of time.

although you're first impressions may have been negative...you would have to agree that the management is pro active in the way of repairing damaged sod and instituting fines to irresponsible pet owners. It is a difficult task for any property to maintain exquisite curb appael in the winter months but come spring you must admit there is no more beautiful a property to live. Also I have never waited more than 24 hours for response to a maintenance request..very often less than hours. A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE !!! Just absolutely gorgeous...come see!

I agree with the responding poster. Yes this property is very dog friendly, but that does not necessarily have to be a bad thing. The property manager is quick to institute warnings and fines to irresponsible dog owners, and always keeps the grounds in impeccable condition during the spring and summer months. As you would expect winters in New England make it hard to maintain the beauty of the property, but for the most past the Property managment company is top notch and the majority of residents are very considerate with their pets.

i dont like cumberland crossing. the staff are too lazy to answer the phone and when you go there they wont entertainment you. they've added also USD 16/month MANDATORY for the trash valet pick up when you renew the contact.. i dont recommend it, not worth every penny.

I am at the end of my rope with this place. There are dogs here that do the business right out side my door. the owners do not clean it up and my children step in it. I have made several complaints to the office and nothing has been done. I also finally was able to get maintenance over here to fix my pantry door that fell over off the hinge 3 different time once hitting me in the shoulder and another time hitting me in the leg i now have a long scar down the side of my leg. They know of the problem for atleast 6 monthe. I called and called the only reason the came to fix the door is because they had property inspections. I can't wait to get out of here.
