I have been a resident since October 2007 and I love it here. When I first saw this place I was amazed at how unique and well kept this building was. It has a combination of history and modernizm that is just awesome. All of the fixtures are nice and everything is built with quality. The kitchen has tile floors and so does the bathroom. Hardwood floors add to the looks of my apartment and are easy to maintain. Sometimes I think this place is on the pricy side but then I think I have a gym, a main area for everyone, pool table, internet and a staff that helps me with all I need. Not only does the staff know you by name, they are reachable at any time. This place is dog and cat friendly, they are even building an area where dogs can play. Honestly I would and have told my friends to live here because it is very nice, true class. If you have a hard time deciding where to live, just know that you can trust people here. Did I mention they also have dry cleaning come to pick your stuff up' You got it!

can someone who lives here comment on why parking is often knocked down in the reviews? Is walking in the tunnel under the train tracks a big inconvenience?
