I have now lived in Ashton Mills for just over a year. It has been the best living experiance one could ask for. The other residents are polite and pleasant. The management staff is very responsive, and helpful. I find that the maintenance staff is very good at keeping the building and grounds clean, and nice. The building has a great community feel. The staff organizes events to maintain that feel. I just renewed for another year, and was very comfortable doing so with the piece of mind clause that was put in the new lease. I see myself living in Ashton mills for years to come.
