I moved into Ashton Mills a few weeks ago.. The apartment was clean and ready to go for me to move in. I had one service call required since I moved in and it was taken care of quickly and correctly the first time.

The approach to the apartment is a little bit ugly but the apartment itsef is quite nice. It is sufficiently modern despite its age.

Only time will tell but everything is going smoothly so far. My only gripe is the limitation of only having one key per person on the lease. This makes things a little difficult to manage if you have guests staying for a couple of days which is allowed by the terms of the lease.

Pros - Large Apartment with excellent views
Excellent Gym equipment
Thick walks, I can't hear anything

Cons - A/C system is a bit loud
Parking can be a little bit of a pain so you kinda gotta plan when you are
making a trip to the store so you can avoid multiple trips through the tunnel.

My only concern at this point is how well the hill getting out to mendon road will be plowed when winter comes.
