The apartments are beautiful and quiet with high ceilings, huge windows and well laid out floor plans. Energy efficient in all seasons along with washer and dryer in the apartment was such a plus for me. There is a well outfitted gym in the building, which was another bonus for me. The grounds are well kept and along the Blackstone River Bike Path, which is beautiful in all seasons to walk or cycle on. The attentive staff in the management office were all helpful and professional, making my living there and moving in and out very easy. The maintenance staff seemed to work tirelessly on the grounds and building. I had a dog and the building is very easy and supportive of animals without detracting from other tenants or the building itself. I cannot say enough about how much I have enjoyed living here and that the staff and building itself really flowed well together, making this a very enjoyable place to live. I would recommend the River Lofts at Ashton Mills to anyone.
