I have lived in the River Lofts at Ashton Mill for almost 2 years now and couldn't be happier. Prior to that, I lived in 3 complexes around the NYC metro area. None of my former abodes even came close to the manner in which the River Lofts are managed and maintained. For reference and comparisions sake, all of the apartments I have rented before were > $1500/mo (so they were all upper-scale, higher-end places). I started out renting one of the largest 2 bed/2 bath units and later moved to a 1 bed/1 bath unit and have been completely satisfied with both.

The management team at River Lofts (led by Amanda Fernandes with Kristin Dozois & Nina Hewitt) is stellar. They are always responsive and proactive on every matter. Not to mention, they are terrific people with big hearts and amenable dispositions - a truly appreciated characteristic in an often cold business. The property is maintained in pristine condition, thanks to the efforts of the maintenance team, headed by Tony Eugenio. Tony and his team are always there to lend a helping hand. The property amenities and location are fantastic - overall just a wonderful place to call home. When we do move, it will only be because we are ready to own. We will truly miss this unique complex of converted lofts and the great people who run it.
