the community is the greatest thing about living here. the set up has made it easy to become friends with so many of my neighbors either playing pool or barbecueing by the river. the layout in my apartment is spacious and ergonomical. i just renewed my lease for 13 months and they gave me one month free just as an appreciation. if you come visit you'll probably see me and teddy( he's my english bulldogge) hanging out with my neighbors or you might even see teddy being walked by derek( hes the resident dog walker and he's reliable and inexpensive) ask management to hook you up with derek so you dont have to worry about your dog if you have to work late or dont have time in the morning. the management makes the difference here, they arent corporate drones but down to earth people who are freindly helpful and they are always doing things to bring our community closer together like throwing community party's so everyone gets to know eachother or setting up yoga classes on monday nights. the only thing that sucks is the parking and some people dont bring the shopping carts back to the lobby so try to grocery shop in the day cus maintanance brings em back for the lazy few that wont take 2 mins to bring them back down to the lobby. my name is chris mcintyre and i love living here
