I lived in the Mills, from June 08 till June 09, and had no problems at all. Management was great help with anything that happened (which rearly occurred). The apartment are great size for any couple or family. We had a one bedroom with about 750 square a feet, it was a bit small for us, but we did fine for the year. Our neighbors were polite and never had a problem. The grounds are well kept, and never had any problem with parking. My wife never felt unsafe when she came home from working 2nd shift at 1am. She always felt safe. The only one compliant i have is not about the building but about cumberland, they need to do a better job on cleaning the hill when it snows, it was probably also cause I had bad tires but my car wouldnt make it up the hill.

My wife and I have lived at Riverloft for over a year now and couldn't be happier. The staff is fabulous and always there when you need them. I would encourange anyone looking to downsize to consider the Riverlofts at Ashton Mill.
