Use Caution with Management I was a tenant for a seven years. I was a tenant at will for the last 5 years. I gave 30 day notice before I left. I am getting harassing phone calls now from a collection agency. They are trying to collect another months rent and are refusing to give back my security

Love it here! I've lived in the lofts for over a year and i love it! The apartment and area is beautiful and the river provides a great setting to have a home....the apartment complex allows pets and does a wonderful job clean up after them. The management team is wonderful and takes care of

Not Snotty at all I check this site from time to time and I must say the manegemnt is not snotty at all! They do alot for the people that live here. The resident party's are great and I can't say enough kind words for the management and maintenance staff that make this a great place to call

Its OK I like it OK. The management is pretty helpful, but they are also a little snotty. The stupid speed bumps are annoying. Apartment is clean and quiet though, which is nice. No real maintenance issues to date. It would be nice to have a better gym and some nicer details though
