I lived at Trafalgar East For two years. I lived in the last building, known as the King James House. It was clean and neat when we moved in, rent was a reasonable price for the area as well. Cats were allowed, but not dogs. You could also have a grill out in the yard, just not on the deck. There are two spots per apartment for cars. The only minor drawback are the infrequent train passings. They aren't that loud and are barely noticable after awhile. They almost sound like a truck passing on a main road. It also has a pool and had a tennis court. There is a lot of open space and grassy area as well.
